Ice Maker takes up a lot of room on the shelf. It would better if part of the door. Sheves without glass top is less conducive for storing more items. Fridge door storage is too narrow. Overall Fridge layout is okay.

Disappointed and Dissatisfied with Frigidaire Appliance and Team

Frigidaire has poor customer service. I booked a service repair and received a confirmation invoice for March 5 between 12-5PM. I called March 5 to receive an update and was told nobody was coming because the date was set for the March 7. I was never notified of this change. I will now loose two days of unpaid work, will not have fridge, and continue to buy fast food. Frigidaire customer service could not do any form of compensation. A verbal apology from Supervisor Berna is not sufficient to cover a customer's loss. I paid $358.31 and could receive any amount of refund for a mistake that I did not make. Frigidaire customer service team has failed an I am disappointed that this model was purchased on November 2023 and is already failing. Overall disappointed and dissatisfied with Frigidaire appliance and team.

Very difficult to get the shelves and drawers in and out. The plastic rail that the shelf sits on is so thin that it cracked when we put the shelf back in. Frigidaire has fallen in quality. Additionally, not a lot of space despite being 3in wider then our previous top freezer-style fridge.

We love our new fridge as it so much space over our old side by side, and better lighting. The old fridge had two drawers versus this one has 3 drawers; one designed for deli meats, cheese, and a crisper plus, and a crisper drawer designed to give more space to keep my fruits and veggies fresher and safe!!! The gallon size space in the door I love. So much room is just wonderful, and we love the ice maker and water access on the door with the capability to lock when we don't need to use it merely with the tap of our finger. We also love the stainless steel finished fingerprint resistant!!!! Very quiet don't even know it's running!!

Our fridge died and we didn™€™t have the money for another one. So we had a repair man come out and fix the fridge and it worked! Until about a week later when we came home from my husbands grandfather funeral at Arlington and walked in to a completely dead fridge and all of the food spoiled. Everything lost. Which in these hard times is completely heartbreaking. We were able to get $150 back from the man who ™€œfixed™€ the fridge and just about spent our last and were able to buy our Frigidaire! We got this to replace a nearly identical older model. It works well and fits just as we need. There are a few features of the older model we liked better - larger ice cubes and shelves that pulled out and adjusted in small increments. But overall we are very satisfied. Build seems to be overall about the same. We do like the lighting inside the new fridge better and it is doing a good job in performing its primary function - refrigeration. We're pleased with this purchase.

Overall it™€™s great. Noisy at first while it got up to speed but after that fine. Getting used to how wide the doors swing, they bang into things, the shelves are a little cheap feeling and difficult to adjust.
